The refund Policy of Launch

  • All jump ticket purchases are final, and they are non-refundable or transferable.
  • A deposit of $499 is due at the time of booking for a birthday party.
  • A 75% deposit is due at the time of booking for a group event.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • If you need to stop the party, we will work with you to find
  • another date and time that will work best for you within one year of
  • the original party date. Your initial payment will be helpful towards your
  • re-scheduled party.
